Lucid is a platform that combines my three passions, fashion styling, astrology and magazines. It consists of a biannual magazine with an accompanying website, podcast and Instagram, since my dissertation led me to the conclusion that digital formats should not be seen as print’s competitor, but an ally that compliments its content.

 

This platform helps young women find out how to style their clothing based on a very personal level of customisation. It also allows guidance for women that are interested in spirituality yet could be stuck on what to wear and how to make their clothing say something about them. Lucid predicts what each star sign should wear, why they should wear it, teaches readers how to customise and what colours suit their personality. the website features blog posts with topics such as moon phases and crystal advice.

 

I achieved the grade of a First in both this project and my final dissertation.
